We have an immediate requirement for a HR Helpdesk Administrator to support a busy team of HR advisors with this Technology Retail brand name based in Glasgow.

The ideal HR Helpdesk Administrator will already have experience gained in a busy HR environment and be able to quickly assimilate to their new team.

Basic duties include:

- Point of contact for HR and recruitment related queries
- Creating and sending out contracts to new starts
- Chasing store managers for employee right to work documentation
- Processing job offers on the system
- Updating the databases and logs
- Booking in candidates for telephone interviews with colleagues
- Data Entry - Accurately adding new starts personal details, bank details etc onto the systems
- Chasing hiring managers for interview notes and documentation
- Requesting credit checks
- Responding to reference requests
- Processing leavers
