This role has been released on a temporary basis initially for three months.You will provide administrative support to the HR Admin team predominately documenting and getting all personnel files in readiness for collection and scanning.

Principal Accountabilities:
* Label all files with employee name, GID numbers, and employee personnel area
* Record all files due to be sent out for scanning on filing spread sheet
* Ensure all files are arranged per location and in alpha order
* Prepare box of files for collection within agreed timescales
* To provide administrative support to the HR Team during this busy period.

You should match the following criteria:
* Key Technical Skills / competencies
* Numerate and able to work with figures
* IT literate in regard to Excel, Word, and MS Outlook

Qualifications & Requirements:
* Knowledge and understanding of HR working practices
* Working in a fast paced environment
* IT - intermediate Excel and Word,
* Maths and English - GCSE grade C or above
