Projektbeschreibung

We are currently recruiting a HR Administrator for an initial 6 month contract based in Buckinghamshire for our large Financial services client.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient administration of all HR activities and support the provision of a high quality HR service to the business and delivery of the HR Plan.

Applicants must have experience of the following:
* HR background would be highly advantageous, ideally working towards or having completed the CPP or equivalent as a minimum.
* Understanding of basic HR processes is fundamental. Experience in the areas of ER and reorganisations is highly desirable.
* Experience of working in a high paced HR team where proactive approach and ownership is business critical.
