Job Description
This is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.

Working within the Peoplepoint HR Support Centre in Wolverhampton you will be part of a team responsible for providing a HR support to Atos within the UK and Ireland. Working to service level agreements, the team provides day to day HR transaction support to business customers and the HR team.

Responsibilities include:
* Handling telephone calls using the automated Call distribution system Managing HR enquiries within SLA targets using in-house case management system
* Work with key stakeholders to ensure that all cases are managed on time and effectively
* Administration relating to new employees
* Dealing with ad hoc queries from employees regarding policies and processes
* Supporting the wider HR team with administrative tasks
* Providing ad hoc information or reports to managers as required
* Administration of maternity cases
* Taking sick absence calls from employees and Processing and monitoring sickness absence , reporting issues to HR Advisors and Business Partners
* Accurate maintenance of data on HR information systems
* Leavers administration
* General office administration and filing

Job Requirements
* General administration experience in a complex customer facing environment
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills especially Word and Excel
* Good analytical and probleng skills
* Customer service driven with experience of working in a customer-focussed environment
* Experience in a busy office/call centre
* Experience in achieving targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
* Effective communication skills - both written and verbal
* Focus on attention to detail
* Ability to manage issues proactively and positively to completion within set timescales
* Team player
* Good listening skills
