HR Administrator required for a contract position in Bellshill for a Global Energy Company to deliver a professional and consistent administration service to HR Professional Advisory Services customers acting as an expert in specified process area and ensure that all processes and transactions are completed in an accurate and timely manner.

The HR Administrator will support both internal and external customers using HR systems Oracle and HR SAP system ensuring compliance with all Company and Regulatory standards, policies, and procedures, analyse the data and report back to the Business/HR Teams highlighting key trends or issues eg process adherence, provide a back up service to 1 HR Direct employee advice line service on a rota basis, be part of projects groups set up to deliver the business operating plans, monitor and resolve any service delivery/quality issues, deliver a Customer Focused service that takes into account the 4 main things our Customers want - Helpful & Understanding, Provide Sufficient Support, Take Ownership and Give Regular updates.

Required Criteria:

- Knowledge of HR Policy, Procedure and Process
- Strong PC Skills (working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite essential)
- Knowledge of SAP HR
- Strong time management and organisational skills including
- Prioritise and ability to work to tight deadlines
- An ability to analyse and report on data
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Excellent telephone manner
