HR ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALISTneeded for aFULL TIME CONTRACTopportunity supporting Yoh RPO's client located in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Assisting with onsite interview coordination

Monitoring and updating Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to meet compliance guidelines

Assisting with metrics administration and support responsibilities

Coordinating onsite hiring events

Assisting with the on-boarding of new hires

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
BS Degree or HS Diploma/GED

Minimum of 2 years in HR and/or customer service in a shared resource environment

Organizational skills and follow through; ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment

Strong oral and written communication skills

Familiarity with the broader HR Process

Interpersonal skills and dependability

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to organize work assignments, prioritize workload, and work independently

Ability to work in an high volume and ambiguous environment

Must be self-directed/motivated
