HR ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST needed for a FULL TIME CONTRACT (POTENTIAL TO TURN LONG TERM) opportunity supporting Yoh RPO's client located in Columbus, Ohio.

What You'll Be Doing:

Managing and owning the wing to wing hiring and staffing support. With this, you will manage interview scheduling, onboarding, offer letter requests, and day 1 activities

Managing and owning data management processes specifically related to payroll adjustments, job entries, shift differentials, and calculating/entering off cycle payments

Answering various HR questions in relation to payroll, benefits, policies, etc.

Performing other duties as assigned

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

Associate's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business or related area; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Ability to organize work assignments and work independently

Ability to multi-task and decide on priorities in fast-paced work environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity with the broader HR Process, with an in-depth understanding of Staffing processes

Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in Human Resources or customer service desired

Experience in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Demonstrated knowledge of HR policies and procedures

Proficiency with Microsoft Office
