HR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT needed for a CONTRACT HIRE opportunity with Yoh's client located in WILMINGTON, DE.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- High degree of proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Must be very detail oriented
- Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Request POs and review, reconcile and request payment for associated invoices.
- Provide administrative support to global mobility programs including verification and processing of invoices, annual compensation reporting for global tax returns, review & preparation of vendor invoices for payment, coordination of service with global mobility and tax vendors.
- Stock program administration support including collaborating with Finance, Payroll, Legal and Human Resources on stock reporting requirements and preparing files for third party vendor.
- Assist with preparation and communication plans for open enrollment periods for health benefits and executive deferred compensation plans.
- Assist with special projects including research, analysis, reporting and preparation of materials as needed.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Experience providing administrative support in a Human Resources Capacity.
- High degree of proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and also be able to work independently.
- Must be able to multi-task and handle shifting priorities
