On behalf of Hyphens Solihull based client I am looking to recruit a HR Administration Assistant for a period of 6 months.

My client is looking for someone who has solid administrative skills with a high attention to detail.

You must:
*Able to plan and organise (prioritise) time with a constantly changing workload.
*Good team work and collaboration skills
*Developing judgement and decision making skills
*Good conceptual and analytical skills

Tasks will include
*Administration will vary from filing and updating personnel files
*Creating recruitment packs, updating MI, meeting and greeting candidates for interview
*Coordination of training programmes (including invites, confirming presenters, room bookings)
*Coordination of room bookings
*Assisting in mapping of HR processes and procedures
*Maintaining and updating HR Intranet page
*Develop FAQs for specific business needs
*Assist with monthly payroll requirements (coordinate paperwork to send to payroll)
*Starters and Leavers process
*Coordinate and minute team meeting
*Manage annual planner
*Assist with the creation and reporting of MI
*Other relevant ad-hoc tasks as required

*Good excel skills including the ability to create formulas, run pivot tables
*Strong word skills and some working knowledge of PowerPoint and Vision
*Working knowledge of recruitment systems would be advantageous
*Previous experience in an administrative role, or well developed customer focus with the ability to demonstrate strong HR administrative skills
*Qualifications in HR would be advantageous to the role (ie CIPD Foundation or above, or working towards)
