IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Assisting with the day to day operations of the HR function in Switzerland
-Compiling and updating employee records
-Ensuring all employees have an up to date employee file containing current terms and conditions, signed job description etc.
-Recruitment assist with raising new hire requests and recruitment locally
-Onboarding; contract generation, track and complete new joiner documentation checklist
-Raise relevant IT joiner forms, ensure identification checks are conducted for all new joiners
-Coordinate and maintain probation tracker
-Notify and remind line managers of probation dates and ensure review meetings are conducted
-Offboarding; track and complete offboarding checklist, raise relevant IT leaver forms, notify benefit providers of leavers
-Support with day to day functional HR enquires or escalate to sub regional HR lead as appropriate
-Assist with the payroll process
-Assist with the inputing of data into databases, as required
-Ensuring all information is up to date and accurate
-Assist with the data input for HR reporting; turnover, sickness, collation of exit interview feedback
-Assist with the benefit administration for Swiss employees
-Track and monitoring of training for Swiss employees
-Preparation of employee letters and other HR documentation, as and when required
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Graduate or relevant qualification
-Prior experience within an HR function
-Strong administration skills
-Competent with full MS office suite
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
-Fluency in English and French mandatory
-The ability to work accurately, with attention to detail
-Able to work and adapt to change
