IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Maintain all kind of requests (calls/tickets) related to HR Admin Services - ticket resolution provided within SLA
-Perform service delivery according to the HR Policies and Standards (HR P&S) and comply with compliancy rules
-Support HR Business Partners, Line Managers and employees for operational daily questions and ticket resolution
-Support HR Admin Service Manager around operational HR Admin tasks and issues
-Involved in process creation and projects, review, validation and implementation within HR Services Switzerland
-Operate the CISCO telephone hotline and treat customer requests
-Ensure appropriate QUEST Ticketing Tool usage
-Provide support to the overall HR Admin team and contribute in reaching team goals

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Commercial degree, further education in the HR services area (Personalsachbearbeiter/in or adequate education)
-profound experience in HR or other administrative field
-Good spoken and written English and German, other language skills is a plus, e.g. French, Italian
-Experience with SAP HCM
-Experience as project manager
-Experienced with Ticket Tool
-Experienced in working for a Service Environment
