Dependent on experience the role will involve the following

To provide HR admin support for all employee processes
Provide central HR support for 12 businesses across the Adecco Group
Providing an efficient Customer Service offering within agreed SLAs and in accordance with Service Standards, including phone and email queries.
Dealing with routine enquiries about HR Policies, practices and procedures
Maintain accurate employee records through the HR Management System/Database
Manage the interface from the HR system to other key areas (payroll, pensions etc)
Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures
Review process documentation ensuring that any changes are amended to ensure that compliance requirements are achieved
Ensuring all employee personnel files are up to date and maintained to a high standard
Prepare written documents and HR reports that clearly and concisely convey information at the appropriate level of detail
