The individual will need to be able to work as part of a team processing large volumes of data relating to various HR processes.
They will have the ability to communicate effectively with employees, other team members and managers in order to ensure that service expectations are met.

Respond to all requests for information or support within an appropriate timescale
As Employee Services develops the responsibilities of this role could grow to incorporate processes from other areas.
Principal accountabilities and responsibilities
There are a broad range of activities an Employee Service Processing Assistant will undertake in supporting the life cycle of an employee, initially these activities with include:
HR Administration
Maintain employee payroll database
Manage employee contractual and occupational statutory changes and payments
Personal detail changes Manage new hire processes Leavers process
Deal with employee pay queries
Managing changes to employee personal allowances
Reoccurring payments and deductions for employees
This list is not exhaustive and will develop as Employee Services grows.
Knowledge, skills & experience required
HR Administration experience (advantageous)
Knowledge of PAYE, SSP,SMP,SPP, SAP where required
Knowledge of HR processes (advantageous)
Knowledge of SAP (advantageous)
Good general level of education
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while handling multiple tasks
Ability to exercise good judgment in recognising scope of authority
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and on own initiative
Experience of volume data input Knowledge MS Office and MS Outlook
Willingness to take ownership and responsibility
