HPC Infrastructure Specialist - HPC hardware and storage solutions, Linux (RHEL)

Location: Eindhoven, The Netherlands
Start date: Asap or January '16
Duration: 1 year, with option to extend
Hours a week: 40

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Contribute in a HPC solution for the client
- Benchmark and profile of HPC hardware solutions
- Brainstorm with the application- and infrastructure architects/designers
- Compare and test of HPC storage solutions
- Tuning of the current HPC environment

SKILLS:

- Experience with HPC hardware solutions
- Experience with HPC storage solutions
- Experience with benchmark of HPC hardware and storage solutions
- Knowledge of MPI and OpenMP runtimes
- Experience with profiling tools
- UNIX Shell/Scripting (BASH, python and PERL)
- Strong Linux (RHEL) background

NICE TO HAVES:

- SElinux
- Cluster software (Bright Clustermanager, PBS-pro)
- GPGPU solutions
