HP Records Manager (TRIM) Support Specialist (Adelaide Based)

Our client, a global organisation is currently seeking an experienced HP RECORDS MANAGER (TRIM) SUPPORT SPECIALIST to to be a part of rapidly growing department, working on crucial projects for major clients.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Proven technical support background
- Proven problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Experience installing and supporting HP RM/TRIM EDRMS
- MICROSOFT ACTIVE DIRECTORY
- Skills with a common Scripting tool (C#, C++, .Net)
- Sound knowledge of the ITIL framework
- Good understanding and knowledge of HP RM/TRIM functionality
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Experience supporting Microsoft SharePoint (highly desirable)
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a team as well as independently
- Customer service focused and excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workload, manage time and schedule tasks, and be resilient to changing priorities
