The Role
To support the deployment of an infrastructure management system on 4000 Servers.
This includes Support in French & English -
Proficiency in Webservices interfaces
Consulting on best methods for triggering or extracting data from HP OM
Best approach for using the data in an Integration
Using APIs for building a ticketing bridge
Consulting on effective updating of events in HP-OM from external command script (for example with incident ticket number)
Working with a world leading IT organisation.
