HP BAC/BSM Specialist

- Support HP BAC BSM
- Manage availability and health of the mentioned tools
- Maintain a current level of software/solution
- User management for the tools
- Incident management related to those tools
- Change management related to those tools
- Problem management related to those tools
- Investigate problems with software or software setup/customizations
- Perform planned regular maintenance activities
- Maintain software setup
- Manage system management infrastructure software compliance
- Optimize BAU tasks by automating them
- Evaluate new product release
- Design and develop supported customizations for system management software product
- Support service management for e2e monitoring chain
- Support capabilities with monitoring requirements/questions
- Advice projects for monitoring intake
- Setup and maintain service documentation
- Setup/record/modify Vugen scripts for E2E measurements
- Bi weekly eventmanagement meeting for xHP/xF/xAAB
- Deliver input/quote for WOPR/SWOR (customer requests)
- Patch management
- Self starter, good, experienced BAC/LoadrunnerVugen specialist
- Both operational and engineering role Knowledge/experience with multiple platform types
- Create and implement e2e monitor solutions in development, test and production environments
- Provide technical assistance related to the component monitoring products, like installation, configuration, set up, troubleshoot, performance tuning, deployment etc.
- BAC v8 and BSM v9
- Strong Loadrunner/Vugen knowledge and experience
- Able to advise projects on monitoring requirements
- Fluent in speaking and writing English
- Customer facing
- 50% Business as usual/50% Projects
- Available for working in Europe shift (08:00 - 17:00 CET)
- ITIL usage and process support
- Experience in a complex enterprise organisation
- More then 5 years relevant experience in mentioned tools and skills
- Solid experience from an operational and engineering perspective for above tools
