HP Autonomy Teamsite - Lifesite Analyst (Brussels)

Je functie: Context:
The Shared Services Center (SSC) for the Internet and Mobile Banking solutions of the Group is located in Brussels.
It centrally develops and supports e-banking applications and frameworks for Web, Smart phones and Tablet PC's. In the initial phase, the applications are deployed in the
different operating countries of the group, including France, Belgium, Italy, Luxemburg, Polska.

Function Description:
The SSC is actively searching for an Autonomy Livesite functional/technical analyst for the Internet and Mobile banking applications. You will be part of a dynamic "Web
Content Management" development team.
This team is responsible to customize the Autonomy product and to develop Autonomy customization for the whole Internet & Mobile Banking asset.
As an SSC-IMB consultant, you will:
- Participate to different projects to integrate the SSC IMB assets within local entities
- Be part of the local OE delivery team to support the integration of SSC-IMB assets till production
- Ensure the solutions is running according to the specificities of the local OE environment
- Be able to drive rapidly the resolution of a problem between different teams
- Ensure the local OE developments are working fine with SSC-IMB solutions (within the SSC-IMB portal, behind SSC-IMB security, …)
- Ensure the local OE requests (Change request or bugs) are handle properly by the SSC-IMB central team
- Participate to recurrent meeting with other integrators to share expertise and experience & problems you face within your mission
- Improve the integration of SSC-IMB asset by handling FAQs, promote tools, propose new tools, …
- participate in the analysis of the Web Content Management solution
- Determine best practices and quality criteria to guide the development of the applications
- Participate to the Architecture design of the application and their integration
- Support the different teams during deployment and testing phases.
- Stay up to date with the latest evolutions of the Autonomy products.
- To review/to help to construct the business requirements in order to add some enhancements on the WCM based on the Autonomy suite 7.2.1
- Based on the business requirements, to write the functional analysis for the developers.

Level of education required
Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience in IT or economics

Certification
Prince 2 (preferable)

Experience:
°2 years of relevant experience in HP Autonomy TeamSite/Life Site, LSDS
°2 years of relevant experience in functional analysis in Web projects

Technical experience / knowledge:
°HP Autonomy TeamSite/Life Site, LSDS, LSDC (version 7.2 or 7.3)
°HTML, XML, XSLT

Mandatory:
Good knowledge of the French language (interaction in French needed during conf call/workshops with colleagues in Paris).

Preferable:
Knowledge of Xopus and/or IDOL will be appreciated but not mandatory
Knowledge of Dutch will be appreciated
