POSITION: HP ASSET MANAGER

JOB LOCATION: ZURICH,SWITZERLAND

CONTRACT DURATION: 4-6 MONTHS

Job Description

WE ARE LOOKING HP ASSET MANAGER

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

- Manage and maintain HP Asset Manager and HP Connect IT Tool
- Manage Integrations developed with Connect IT.
- Regular monitoring and maintenance of the tool.
- Support and troubleshooting technical issues
- Upgrade/update patches regularly.
- Maintain and support HP Asset Manager Web Client and Apache Tomcat.
- Support Device and Data Management teams to solve Technical issues related to the tool.
- Minor enhancements to integrations as required.
- Train and mentor new team members
- Willing to work in Shifts as required

Willing for Short-term Travels onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS/DESCRIPTIONS

- 4-5 Years' Experience in IT Service and Asset Management
- 2-3 years' experience in HP Asset Manager, Connect IT.
- Expert in Administration of HP Asset Manager and Connect IT.
- Strong Integration skills using Connect IT.
- Should be able to act as Application DBA for HPAM SQL DB.
- Good knowledge of ITSM Products other than HP Tools.
- Ability to analyze and solve technical problems.
- Should be able to handle customers.

Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- HP Asset Manager
- HP Connect IT
- ServiceNow and SCCM (Integration Specific)
- Understanding of End user computing tools
- Manage Web Services (SOAP & REST)
- SQL Administration for Application.

Wintel Administration to manage application Servers.

SPECIFIC DOMAIN/TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONAL SKILLS

- HP ITSM Products (HP Asset Manager and HP Connect IT)
- Service Now Asset and Configuration Management.

ANY OTHER ITSM KNOWLEDGE IS ADDED ADVANTAGE.

SKILLS

EXPERT IN HP ASSET MANAGER AND ASSET MANAGEMENT CONCEPTS.

EXPERT IN CONNECT IT AND INTEGRATIONS. IN SPECIFIC - XML AND WEBSERVICE INTEGRATION.

HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE WITH DATABASE MANAGEMENT AND WEBSERVER MANAGEMENT.
