HP Asset Manager SME - Banking

My Client based in Brussels is currently looking for a HP Asset Manager SME to join their team in the Infrastructure and Operations department to develop, maintain and manage their Configuration Management Database.

DUTIES:

- To deliver and maintain operational services within the Service and Configuration Management Tool
- To advise and support continuous improvement for the benefits of the processes
- To elaborate, define and implement efficient Life Cycle Management policy for the Service and Configuration Management tool.

SKILLS YOU WILL NEED:

- HP Asset Manager development experience
- Strong knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL
- Good knowledge of HP Open View Service Centre and HP Service Manager
- Connect IT

SECONDARY SKILLS:

French and Dutch speaking (not essential)
