Housing Regeneration Project Manager

My client is looking for a delivery focussed Housing Regeneration Project Manager with solid development project experience. Considerable experience negotiating and managing complex projects. A good working knowledge of standard forms of building contracts and consultancy agreements would be of benefit. Considerable understanding of the commercial elements of the project, including business case development phases and presentation of these. Professional knowledge of the construction industry, construction methods and industry standards would be of benefit. On-site experience and experience of managing building contracts would be of benefit. A sound working knowledge of health and safety legislation insofar as it relates to the management of buildings and works therein would be of benefit. A good understanding of local government practices and procedures, including financial regulations, European Union Regulations and procurement practices.

The Housing Regeneration Project Manager should be a delivery focussed PM. They are looking for someone that has worked as a PM on projects where they were the main PM, from feasibility to completion, within a similar regeneration project.

This is a 6 Month Contract role Paying a rate of £415 per day.
