Housing Assistant (Supported Housing)

We are currently recruiting for a Housing Assistant to work within a supported housing scheme in the Derby area. The role is a part time temporary post working Monday - Friday and will be for a minimum of 3 months in duration.

Duties include:
- Carry out inspections of void properties
- Ensuring a high standard of repairs are undertaken that reach a lettable standard.
- Investigate all complaints of anti-social behaviour
- To work with the Police and multi-agency partners for the purposes of reducing crime
- Carry out housing interviews for prospective residents
- Conducting risk assessments and assessing the appropriateness of allocation
- Carry out sign up of licence agreements

This role is an immediate start and will require somebody who has worked within a similar position previously along with a current DBS check.
