The main roles will include:
* General office administration
* Providing a prompt, seamless support service to customers as part of the housing team
* Acting as the first point of contact, dealing with customer enquiries taking ownership to ensure a resolution
* To ensure that all records relevant to the role, whether computerised or manual, are up to date
* Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to ensure a prompt turnaround of vacant properties
* Responsible for petty cash and banking procedures
The ideal candidate will have excellent numeracy, literacy and communication skills with experience with IT programmes and Office Software.
