Housing and Estates Programme Manager - Local Authority/Council 360

House and Estates Regeneration Programme Manager required for a Local Authority/Council based in London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the effective development, management and delivery of the council''s Estate Regeneration Programme.

The Programme Manager is required to be extremely knowledgeable in all housing regeneration matters with particular expertise in development appraisal, programme management and financial modelling. They will play a key strategic role in the overall delivery of the council''s Estate Regeneration Programme, with high;level responsibility for the management of circa 400m of investment across a ten year period. They will play a lead role in exploring new forms of funding, develop and provide innovation in financial modelling and forecasting and deliver a range of related cross cutting initiatives.

Candidates must have a significant background in Programme Management in a development/housing environment, have high level financial modelling and business case skills and procurement experience particularly of development/housing assignments.

The contract will be based in London for 4 to 5 months initially with a daily rate of 360.
