Hotel Solution Manager (French & English Speaker)

GFT is seeking a Hotel Solution Manager for our client a world leading Travel IT company based in the Cote d' Azure. The Hotel division is responsible for of Hotel chain commercial activities and solution management. The objective of the role is to provide a knowledgeable and business-focused product and solution point-of-contact for a key Hotel IT customer, to optimize the alignment between the customer's expectations and the client's delivery and to maintain the customer's general satisfaction. This will include working with the customer to manage all communication related to the solution. Being the entry point for all requests coming from the customer; eg new properties, migration of properties, new functionalities. Arbitrating on features and priorities, communicate on delivery schedule and manage expectations and acting as the escalation point for all solution matters. You must have Masters level university degree (preferably in Business Administration and/or Computer Science), hospitality industry knowledge, Client-facing experience and English and French (other languages an asset) In addition you need experience in hotel sector of the travel industry, in a business function such as distribution, revenue management or hotel property operations. OR Experience in a similar role to that described above with a company providing IT and/or distribution solutions to the hotel sector.
