MY DUTIES:

-Design, deploy, operate and continuously improve the global core DNS infrastructure
-Registration of domain names and other Internet resources such as IP addresses and ASNs
-Maintain these resources with registrars and registrars
-Advise internal end users on the registration and allocation of domain names and Internet resources
-Advise internal teams on domain registration, transfer and DNS setup including marketing, legal, branding and security

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Advanced knowledge of IP networking (routing, policies, IP protocols) and strong DNS experience is mandatory
-Working experience with BIND is a must
-Working experience with registrars and registries is expected
-UNIX/Linux experience is required
-Strong practical working experience with scripting languages is essential (Shell is a must, and others like Pearl or Python, etc. are expected)
-Ability to communicate directly with end customers at various levels of technical abilities with professionalism
-Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast paced and multi-cultural organization
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of the English language; a good command of the Chinese language (Mandarin) is a significant plus
-Good interpersonal skills and high degree of motivation and goal orientation
-Ability to plan and lead technical implementation projects
-Other programming languages are a plus, e.g. Java, GO
