Hospital Social Worker

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a SENIOR PRACTITIONER to join the Hospital Team based in Surrey.

This is an exciting opportunity and the role will include -
* Preventing hospital discharges
* Safeguarding
* Carrying small however possibly complex case loads
* Report writing
* Operation management of the team
* Clinical Supervision

Requirements for the role:
* Experience in a similar role
* HCPC registered

The roles currently operate on a 3 month contract with a strong possibility of extension and offers flexible hours and an excellent rate of pay.
