Hospital Customer Service Representative Job

Customer Provider Service Reimbursement needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in San Diego, CA.

TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- Must have Customer service experience in a physician office, hospital or other healthcare setting
- Must have prior Call Center Experience
- Knowledge of health plan benefits, claims, ICD-9/CPT coding
- Computer skills, including Excel, EZ Cap, Word, Outlook, Access, Epic, & Echo Access

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Promote favorable relationships with members, providers, and health plans
- Utilizing ICD-9and CPT Coding

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- At least a High School Diploma is required
- Must have Customer service experience in a physician office, hospital or other healthcare setting
- Must have prior Call Center Experience
- Knowledge of health plan benefits, claims, ICD-9/CPT coding
- Computer skills, including Excel, EZ Cap, Word, Outlook, Access, Epic, & Echo Access
- Bilingual in Spanish is highly desirable
- Hours are Mon.-Fri., 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m
