CAPITA Education are working on behalf of Leicester schools in the City and County who require a qualified and experienced, full time Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join their enthusiastic and supportive team.

The successful candidate will need to be an enthusiastic, flexible, confident individual with excellent interpersonal and behaviour management skills to deliver lessons in the absence of the class teacher. You should have experience of working in both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. You will have responsibility for the learning and teaching of pupils, under the overall direction of the Class teacher and Head teacher.

These posts are for Key Stage 1 and 2 classes beginning as soon as possible.

The successful candidate will be able to work co-operatively and communicate effectively.

This post is exempt from the provision of the rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, and the successful applicant will be expected to undertake an enhanced disclosure.
