HL7 Integration Engineer

Currently, we are seeking individuals to fill multiple roles on a six month contract as a HL7 Integration Engineer for our healthcare client in Northeastern Ohio.

Ideal candidates will be performing the following functions:

Managing the development and implementation of interfaces using an integration engine. Managing integration projects from request through design, coding, testing, documentation, training, implementation, and follow-up. Following project development life cycle standards in implementing projects, coordinating/scheduling activities, communicating with users and interpreting their requirements into specifications, and working with other departmental staff, including technical and operations personnel. Developing documentation and maintains materials, where appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

- At least 5 years' of relevant application implementation and integration work experience.
- Experience working with HL7 transactions, including ADT, orders, results, and charges, preferred.
- Relevant integration analyst and programmer work experience, especially programming and developing in Orion Rhapsody integration engine preferred.. Experience with other engines (Ensemble/HealthShare, Elite e*Gate, Epic Bridges, Infor Cloverleaf, Corepoint, etc.) would be advantageous.
- Experience working in health care, eg hospital, medical center, and/or health system experience, especially implementing large hospital information systems and related projects, preferred.
