Our End Client in Arnhem, the Netherlands is Senior SAP HR (Human Resources/Human Capital Management) Consultant/Architect for company separation implementation

RESPONSIBILITY:
Do you have a broad knowledge of IT architecture, security and technology platforms in relation to HR functions? Are you dedicated to achieve and maintain high quality standards? Can you influence internal and external stakeholders? If so, this is the ideal opportunity for you to perform a senior consultant role for a time registration project within the HR domain.
This is a key role for the implementation of company separation a SAP based system for two the split of two companies within an international organization (headquarter based in the Netherlands). It requires strong SAP HR knowledge to implement the split of the organization in the system. As central coordinator for the technical implementation you should be able to combine your SAP HR wide knowledge with the ability to determine impact on other domains next to HR, but also act as the central contact person for this application in the Information Management team.

WITHIN THIS CONTEXT YOU:
* Support the Information Management organization to complete the HR part of the implementation for the core HR system.
* Have the technical capabilities to support an highly integrated landscape (>60 integrations)
* Be the single point of contact for the project manager for this system.
* Will have to plan the detailed activities for design, realization and go-live and also present this to the project manager (who will aggregate the planning of various systems).
* Ensure the setup of the system is suitable to adjust to external influences or developments within the organization (rapidly changing environment)
* Are able to understand an integrated IT-landscape where various domains and the related applications are connected via interfaces.

JOB REQUIREMENTS/CANDIDATE PROFILE
For this role you need to

Job requirements/Candidate profile have the following:

* Professional with at least 5-10 years of experience in the SAP HR domain, integrations and system configuration.
* Experienced in coordination roles to act as the leading person for project implementations.
* Worked for international organizations before and used to manage different stakeholders in such an environment.
* Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills including fluent written and spoken English.
