HIPO ACQUISITION MANAGER

Our client, in the IT-industry, is currently seeking for a HiPo Acquisition Manager in Zurich.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To identify and acquire high potential (HiPo) advertisers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
- Help coordinate HiPo specific workshops and campaigns, from planning through to execution
- Help with reporting on outcomes of such campaigns
- Manage different lead sources for HiPo acquisition, as well as longtail acquisition
- Propose effective acquisition programs for both HiPo and longtail prospects
- Verticalized collateral creation through agencies
- Event Management: assist in coordinating and executing successful online training, seminars and conferences. Working with the external agency to organise large scale events for the participants of the program
- Working with different channel stakeholders: ETO, ISO, central marketing, etc. to define common action plans for HiPo acquisition

REQUIREMENTS:

MA/BA or equivalent

Extensive experience in consulting

Online advertising experience a plus

Strong analytical skills required to measure impact of marketing efforts and operational efficiency

Understanding of online advertising market

Proficiency with Excel

Fluent in English and in German

Strong communicator

Team player
