Capita are looking for Higher level teaching assistants to support the class teacher in Tower Hamlets.

You may have just completed your teacher training and are looking to work as a higher level teaching assistant to hone your teaching skills. This is a great opportunity for the right person, with the right enthusiastic attitude.

* Able to demonstrate that you have fully engaged children and kept them task focused
* Used to incorporating drama, reading, music and play to improve understanding and communication
* Used to working with children with EAL and have a patient and considerate approach to individual needs
* A fun and engaging Teacher that inspires children to tackle more challenging work
* Happy to ensure that marking is completed at the end of the day and the classroom in left tidy
