My client is seeking a HLTA to for fill the role of Behaviour support for a period of 3 weeks from Monday 29th April to the end of term.

The role involves the person working at our offsite provisions - a youth centre, in a small room with up to 4 students. The staff member needs to be confident in dealing with students with behavioural issues, however we find in this small personalised environment these are few. You must be able to plan for and support the learning of young people -largely they use the AQA unit award scheme for this. You need to be creative and understanding of the needs of students with additional and special needs.

You must be resilient and flexible.
