My client a consultancy firm in China is looking for a High-Techgrowth strategy; operating models; and business model innovation. As well as you will be responsible for developing the strategy and thought leadership for the industry, and accountable for achieving significant sales and revenue growth targets. Portfolio spans across strategy, technology, digital and operations/BPO.

Sales transformation: Lead sales management and execution transformation for a multibillion dollar global Chinese networking equipment company to improve sales performance.

Strategic partnerships: Establish sales engagement model for leading companies in the high-tech industry that will enable collaborative partnership development and successful market penetration.

Corporate turnaround: Develop a three-year strategy to help a security services company reduce losses and achieve high profitability. Conduct senior customer interviews and primary research to assess optimal product market positioning, pricing and go-to-market strategy.

Online advertising: Create a segmentation-based strategy to optimize online advertising inventory for a leading portal.

High-performance sales organization: Establish relationship at the C-suite and general manager level to drive global sales performance improvement for a global leading ICT company.

Partner program: Lead a partner program initiative that will align distributors and resellers incentives to performance

Sales outsourcing: Lead an outbound telesales outsourcing rollout in China for a leading global networking manufacturer. Design, develop and deliver sales process training program.

Pricing strategy: Lead the development of a pricing framework for the service organization of a leading networking company.

Enterprise software licensing: Design operating processes for a leading enterprise software company to increase software licensing entitlement visibility and reduce revenue leakage.

Software maintenance service redesign: Define comprehensive pricing and packaging strategy for maintenance services for a leading global networking equipment provider
