For one of my clients I am currently looking for a HIGH LEVEL SERVICE ENGINEER

You will be responsible for:

- Installation, configuration and daily management of Exchange, SQL, Oracle, Storage, IBM Servers, VMware Server;
- Set up of virtualised desktops
- Daily management of file and print Servers (creation of directories, groups, installation of printer- drivers, print- queues,..);
- Daily server check up tasks such as checking the backups, disk space, services and notification to customer in case of potential issues;
- Server hardware management (installation, configuration, support, follow up, by following the provided Customer procedure);
- Ensure stand by outside business hours (24/7 - 1 wk/month), with occasional (remote) intervention;
- Executing planned interventions including patching;
- Install, configure and maintain test Servers;
- 3rd Level support.

Your Profile:

- Higher education In Computer Science;
- A proven experience of min 5 years;
- You are fluent in Dutch
- Flexible, customer minded, team player, methodic/structured, innovative;
- Preferably you live in The region Brugge, Gent, Kortrijk. Technical knowledge:
- Windows Server 2003 And 2008
- Active Directory (not Only administration, also GPO management)
- Exchange 2010
- VMWare vSphere 5
- VB Scripting & Powershell
- Citrix (XenApp 6.x, Provisioning Services, XenServer, XenDesktop)
- IBM Hardware: IBM Enclosures & SAN storage
- Clustering software
- Some knowledge of

o Cisco networking components (switching & routing)
o SQL server technology
