8 TO 10 YEARS EXPERIENCE

- Candidate should be able to challenge the technology solution/independently drive implementation of the best practices and have the relevant experience in the past.
- Candidate should have solid experience with, and expert knowledge of Hibernate
- Good Understanding of DESIGN CONCEPTS - SOLID PRINCIPLES, LOOSE COUPLING,CIRCULAR DEPENDENCY RESOLUTION, LAYERED ARCHITECTURE etc
- EXPERT ADVANCED HIBERNATE SKILLS - CASCADES, Possible issues from getting it wrong, Types of performance issues, Design patterns to get it right, Dynamic insert/update, Flush mode
- Implications of bi-directional relationships, How to identify direction, Hibernate cache, Dealing with long running transactions, Caching
- DATABASE - LOCK CONTENTION, QUERY PLANS, INDEXING
