HFC (Hybrid Fibre Coax) Designer - Dutch Speaking

Consol Partners are looking for HFC Designer to join an exciting project in the Gent, for our rapidly growing client a leading Belgian operator.

YOUR NEW CHALLENGE AS HFC NETWORK DESIGNER

The department HFC Build is responsible for implementation of new construction, improvements and reconstructions of the network and the administration of the infrastructure.

Design & Build is inside responsible for the realization of new network parts and supply connections for new homes.

Additionally, Design and Build is responsible for shifting existing network share for reconstruction of roads and public areas by relevant authorities.

This Design and Build has control over the contractors who carry out work on the network.

The result areas are HFC Build Coordination, design (engineering) and implementation of HFC network infrastructure projects.

If HFC designer you will be responsible for the technical design to implement HFC network enhancements, modifications and improvements to the development of budgets and cost estimates, preparation of tenders and ordering materials.

YOUR PROFILE

You are analytical, results-oriented, customer and environment oriented and accurate

You have a graduate degree or equivalent experience and have proven knowledge of telecom networks.

You have good written and oral communication skills in Dutch,

- Notions of French and English is a plus.

You have good knowledge of HFC infrastructure incl. The applied equipment and materials.

You have knowledge of eg digital drawing and design systems include: Bentley and Geotev.

Or can prove that you have experience with similar systems (AutoCAD, ...)
