We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company to join their
project in China.

Position Title: HFC Delivery Consultant
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: October 2015
Duration: 6 months initial
Location: Shenzhen

Responsibilities:
- Enhance the HFC network planning capacities of the existing products.
- Participate in an early establishment stage of large HFC projects.
- Customers interfacing up to CXO level - resolving issues, promote HFC solutions and provide end-to-end support on HFC designs and delivery.

Qualifications/Skills required:
- 8+ years of HFC survey and designing experience, competent for planning the whole network.
- Technical manager/director on 5 or more HFC projects.
- Experienced with mechanical implementation of optical/copper cable projects.
- Familiar with the design standards and specifications of optical fiber transmission, access network and outside plant project, skilled with various planning and design tools such as Autocad, Visio, GE Smallworld, etc.
- Familiar with the design standards and specifications of Docsis.
- Familiar with the latest industry developments and new HFC products.
- International working experience and open for international travels (around 50% of time).
- Language Skills: English (Chinese preferred).
