The Opportunity
Your primary responsibilities will be to lead the design, conduct and communication of several health economic and outcomes research studies, working in collaboration with research analysts. You may work on a number of different types of projects, including:
* Health economic models
* Statistical analyses alongside clinical trials
* Literature reviews
* Meta-analyses
* Preference elicitation studies
* Retrospective database analyses
* Retrospective or prospective observational studies
* assist and develop the technical skills of junior team members
You will supervise methodological research and development of innovative techniques addressing the needs of the life science industry in the area of health economics. In addition, you will contribute to business development and write proposals for clients. You will also contribute to the training and development of junior staff.

The Requirements
* Strong analytic capabilities and quantitative skills are key to success in this role
* MSc or PhD in health economics, epidemiology or health sciences
* Experience with global project and a knowledge of HAD preferred
* 3-7 years relevant experience in the field of health economics and outcomes research, gained within a CRO, pharmaceutical industry or academia (3-5 years for project manager position, 5-7 years for senior project manager position)
* Proven record of developing health economic models
* Consultancy background
* Good attention to detail and ability to meet high quality standards
* Ability to work on several projects in parallel and meet tight deadlines
* Excellent communication skills in oral and written English
* Working knowledge of another language would be an advantage
* Working knowledge of statistical software (SAS, STATA, R, WinBUGS) would be an advantage
