HEMATOLOGY RN needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in BALTIMORE, MD.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

* Registered Nurse

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

* Counsels, supports, educates, and coordinates resources needed by patients with hematologic diseases.
* Provides primary care nursing to patients and provides backup coverage to other nurses
* Independently assesses daily laboratory reports; communicates results immediately to attending physician and implements intervention plans when clinically warranted in collaboration with provider.
* Provides clinical triage during work hours.
* Assists with prior authorizations.
* Facilitates and schedules urgent appointments for patient testing and specialty care.
* Implements follow-up plans for patients requiring medical treatment.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

* Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Degree.

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* BSN Degree preferred
