ROLE:
Provide first, second and third level support for one or more business processes and/or technology systems in a large-scale business enterprise environment. Demonstrates commitment and ingenuity in expert application of available facilities to non-standard situations, diagnosing underlying causes of difficulties, and devising solutions to ensure that the effect on operations is minimized. Regularly monitors the incident, status and speed of resolution of inquiry's and problems; is pro-active in devising improvements and recommending changes to systems, products or services.
