Helpdesk Support Specialist (Secret Clearance)

Yoh has a contract opportunity for an ENTERPRISE DESKTOP SUPPORT SPECIALIST to join our client in Camp Lejeune, NC.

POSSESSION OF OR THE ABILITY TO OBTAIN A SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED AS A CONDITION FOR EMPLOYMENT. ACTIVE CLEARANCE PREFERRED.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide desk side support for the users on their Microsoft Operating Systems at Camp Lejeune, NC.
- Applicants should possess good customer skills and knowledge of computer troubleshooting processes as they relate to Connectivity Support, Software program operations and device hardware issues.
- Working knowledge of basic Microsoft Office functions, operations, and steps is a plus.
- Applicants should be familiar with Personnel Identifiable Information and the protection of data.
- A familiarity with Military protocol is preferred but not an absolute requirement.
- This position provides End User Services in direct desk side support to the customer troubleshooting and repairing computers and peripheral devices.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Must have prior work experience in a desk side support role.
- Must have knowledge of the Microsoft computing environment, HP and Dell computing equipment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with an online ticket management system.
- Experience working directly with customers to resolve desktop computing, peripheral, connectivity issues and/or installing additional computing services.
- Must have Security + certification.
