The Level 1 Heldpesk Support staff will be required to join this large scale Queensland Government, based in Brisbane CBD, with their high-volume Service Centre calls and support of a Microsoft/Mac Environment.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE;
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to log every single call and confirming customer contact details on each and every occasion in a timely and efficient manner
- Ability to fix up to a high percentage of jobs logged
- Reliable with attendence
- Relevant tertiary IT Related studies (highly desired)
- Excellent customer service focus
