You will be the first line support to a diverse client base via an established Helpdesk. On a day to day basis you will be involved in providing TECHNICAL HELPDESK SUPPORT - RESPONDING TO REQUESTS RECEIVED BY TELEPHONE/EMAIL.
Previous Helpdesk experience is NOT required for this position, as training will be provided. You will however need to have completed a minimum of Certificate IV in IT coupled with customer service experience.
