THE COMPANY:

Our client is a leading Insurance company with multiple locations globally. They have a global support team in place. They support and complex environment which will in turn provide a steep learning curve and unrivalled opportunities.

THE ROLE:

Our client is seeking a Helpdesk Support Engineer to join their existing team here in Sydney. In this role you will report to the Helpdesk Team Leader who is based here in Sydney. You will be part of a global support team also.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

- Demonstrated technical knowledge of Microsoft, VMware verbally and written.
- Industry certifications (MCITP, MCTS, MCSE, VCP, ITIL) will be an advantage.
