ENTRY LEVEL CANDIDATES WITH IT CERTIFICATIONS/DEGREE WHO ARE FLUENT IN JAPANESE + ENGLISH WILL BE CONSIDERED !

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide technical telephone assistance to geographically dispersed clients that may use a wide variety of systems applications.
- Requires the use of acquired problem determination skills to identify, resolve, or escalate end-user problems in a multi-processing environment of complex systems and/or applications.
- Documentation of all problems, status updates, and resolution for tracking and trending analysis.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

- Provide FIRST LEVEL TECHNICAL TELEPHONE assistance to customers and maintain accurate records, balancing call volumes and managing peaks.
- Develop and demonstrate the effective use of all tools, products and services, including call, problem and change management systems.
- Understand and utilise problem determination tools and techniques to identify and effectively resolve problems.
- Responsible for providing accurate and detailed information on unresolved problems to supports groups, peers and management.
- Follow up on unresolved problems and ensure senior department members and management are informed of potential issues.
- Communicate effectively with customers, peers, support personnel and management.
- Pursue formal and informal training sessions to upgrade skills and knowledge that leads to certification in specific platforms. Included would be self-study courses and participation in on-the-job-training.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Team Leader.
- Demonstrate effective inter-personal and communications skills to effectively assist customers with problems.
