Helpdesk Support Analyst must have the following essential skills:
*Resolution of user requests
*Records of applications in the tool tickets
*Escalation to the outsourcer and monitoring of the resolution
*Propose improvements to the service and for users

Helpdesk Support Analyst the following skills are desirable:
*Windows 7
*Windows Server 2008+
*Active Directory 2008+
*Exchange 2010 SP2
*Forefront Protection for Exchange
*WDS
*Terminals and Blackberry enterprise server
