Helpdesk Support - 6 Months Contract

You will be the first line support to a diverse client base via an established Helpdesk. On a day to day basis you will be involved in general Helpdesk Support - responding to requests received by telephone/email and resolving issues & queries around MS Office, Active Directory and general IT Support etc.

- Outstanding CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- EXCELLENT VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- IT DEGREE/DIPLOMA OR CERTIFICATE IV IN IT
- Self motivated and Professional attitude
