An exciting opportunity has arisen to work on the Service Desk for my client providing 1st Line Help Desk support in a public sector environment for a third party provider.

The 1st Line Support Analyst will work within a busy Help Desk environment supporting employees throughout the Sunderland area via telephone and email.

Working as a Support Engineer the candidate will resolve queries surrounding Microsoft Office desktop applications, Windows Server 2005/2008, Active Directory, Exchange and Citrix.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a similar environment in the past, possess a confident all round ability within a Microsoft environment and be available to start as soon as possible.
